kohaku: Add missing GPIO declarations
Removed fan and tach GPIOs.
Added in some miscellaneous GPIO definitions, including:
M2_SD_PLN (set as if it were NC for now)
IMVP8_PE (set as if it were NC for now)
LID_ACCEL_INT_L
EC_PROCHOT_IN_OD
TP*

TEST=Compiles (no Kohaku device to test on).
