mithrax: rgbkb: Fix KB BL during S0ix -> S0stabilize-15032.B-main
Mithrax disables EC_KB_BL during suspend, which resets the LED driver
and doesn't restore the KB BL state after resuming from suspend. This
patch fixes the issue.
