Revert "pthreadpool: test cancelling and freeing pending pthreadpool_tevent jobs/pools"
This reverts commit 40d15260d24d0071732f47873f395fce29b8a6f4. See the discussion in https://lists.samba.org/archive/samba-technical/2018-December/131731.html for the reasoning behind this revert.
