It is unfinished and untested, with no support from any backend.
This was the last bit of functionality in the labs module, so
remove that entirely, including the QML plugin and the now unused
QParameterizableObject type.

Get rid of unnecessary includes in most public, and some private
headers. Forward declare what we have to, and include headers where
needed in the implementation and test files.

Each QDeclarativeNavigator will create and manage its own
QAbstractNavigator using the QNavigationManagerEngine, this way
the QNavigationManagerEngine doesn't have to manage the sessions
itself based on a const reference.

A new QML type, Navigator, is introduced in Qt.labs.location
Its intended purpose is to be a front-end for the
functionalities offered by NavigationManagerEngines.

This patch introduces the abovementioned classes to be subclassed in
plugins.
These are currently private, and intended to be only used in QML through
appropriate wrappers.
