MsvcToolchain: Allow users to edit vcvars combo box's text
In case Creator cannot detect a Visual Studio installation for whatever
reason a user can specify a path to vcvarsall.bat. Creator will try to
detect the ABI to use but in the end the user can also specify the ABI
to use.
