QmlDesigner: Fix RealSpinBoxInput
Fixes RealSpinBoxInput scroll behavior. Without this change the
RealSpinBox would block the ScrollView from getting mouse wheel events,
which means whenever the mouse is hovering over a RealSpinBox the
ScrollView can't be scrolled via the mouse wheel.
