StudioWelcome: Move plugin to "Utilities" category
People regularly report that they somehow got this plugin enabled in Qt
Creator, and one reason could be that they just enabled all plugins in
the "Qt Quick" category (e.g. by clicking the checkbox for that
category). Separate this plugin from the group.
