Major new features:
- command line filters for subunit streams.
- tap2subunit
- subunit-stats
- subunit-tags
- subunit2pyunit
- SKIP and XFAIL test support in the protocol.
- Successful tests can have comment text too.
- Timestamps in the protocol can provide timing data for analysis.
