add contextmanager typing, open run_sync typing
was missing AsyncConnection type for the async
context manager.
fixing that revealed that _SyncConnectionCallable
and _SyncSessionCallable protocols are infeasible because
the given callable can have a lot of different signatures
that are compatible.
