LaTeX: Define required Unicode characters in the preamble.
If the encoding is utf8, we can define missing characters once in the preamble instead of translating every occurence into a LaTeX command. git-svn-id: http://svn.code.sf.net/p/docutils/code/trunk@8058 929543f6-e4f2-0310-98a6-ba3bd3dd1d04
