fix typos in doc strings
* site_data_dir examples were described as 'user data', change to 'site data'
* user_config_dir examples were described as 'user data', change to 'user config'
* site_config_dir examples were described as 'user data', change to 'site config'
* user_log_dir examples were described as 'user cache', change to 'user log'
