Update Pod-LaTeX to CPAN version 0.60

  [DELTA]

  added another LaTeX escape: --- => -{}-{}-

  Pod::LaTeX doesn't handle -- in PODs specially, passing it directly to
  LaTeX, which then proceeds to replace it with a single -. This patch
  replaces ----- with -{}-{}-{}-{}-
