Set Content-Type header explictly for SessionClientstein-eolstein-em1.17.1stable/stein
SessionClient is subclassed from keystoneauth LegacyJsonAdapter.
LegacyJsonAdapter does not set the Content-Type explicitly
and results in decodeing issues in some cases.
