[NEWS,doc/mpfr.texi] For the new trigonometric functions mpfr_cosu,
mpfr_sinu, mpfr_tanu, mpfr_cospi, mpfr_sinpi, mpfr_tanpi, removed the
"experimental" mention. In mpfr.texi, also added missing functions to
Section "Added Functions" (API Compatibility).
