Remove compiler warnings
(Mostly in DBUG_PRINT() and unused arguments)
Fixed bug in query cache when used with traceing (--with-debug)
Fixed memory leak in mysqldump
Removed warnings from mysqltest scripts (replaced -- with #)
BitKeeper/etc/ignore:
