Fix weird behavior of -ignore-dot-ghci and -ghci-scipt
* Make `-ghci-script` be executed in the order they are specified;
* Make `-ignore-dot-ghci` only ignores the default .ghci files but
still execute the scripts passed by `-ghci-script`.
