Run "make update-copyright" and then...
* gnulib: Update to latest with copyright year adjusted.
* tests/init.sh: Sync with gnulib to pick up copyright year.
* bootstrap: Likewise.
* doc/grep.in.1: Use "-" in copyright year ranges, not \en.
