Remove mpf_div x/x equal to 1, done.
Add mpf_cmp optimizations.
Remove alpha cmpbge count_leading_zeros inline, done.
Remove mpf_div, mpf_set_q sharing code. mpn_tdiv_qr has reduced the code
size, and a future mpn_tdiv_q may go further, so don't worry about this.
