Use NamespaceValidator::WILDCARD_ROUTES in ETag caching middlewarewildcard-routes-in-etag-middleware
NamespaceValidator::WILDCARD_ROUTES is less restrictive than
ProjectPathValidator::RESERVED and we really have to avoid only
routes that contain wildcard names.
