	* gnu/gcj/convert/UnicodeToBytes.java (UnicodeToBytes): Extend
	IOConverter.
	(getDefaultDecodingClass): Canonicalize default encoding name.
	(getEncoder): Likewise.
	* gnu/gcj/convert/BytesToUnicode.java (BytesToUnicode): Extend
	IOConverter.
	(getDefaultDecodingClass): Canonicalize default encoding name.
	(getDecoder): Likewise.
	* gnu/gcj/convert/IOConverter.java: New file.
