* rtsfind.adb: Remove s-polint from comment as it exists no more.
* rtsfind.ads:
Move entity RE_Get_Active_Partition_Id to package System.DSA_Services.
Move all the entities in obsolete package System.PolyORB_Interface to
System.Partition_Interface.
(RE_Storage_Size): New function in System.Tasking.
(RE_Get_Ceiling): New entity.
(RE_Set_Ceiling): New entity.
(RO_PE_Get_Ceiling): New entity.
(RO_RE_Set_Ceiling): New entity.
(Inherit_CPP_DT): New entity
