* include/bits/regex.h: Remove unnecessary friends. * include/bits/regex.tcc (__regex_algo_impl<>): Move __get_executor to here. * include/bits/regex_executor.h: Remove _DFSExecutor and _BFSExecutor; they are merged into _Executor.
