[base] Fix `FREETYPE_PROPERTIES=type1:hinting-engine=adobe`.

* src/base/ftpsprop.c (ps_property_set) [hinting-engine]: Avoid an
incorrect return value that caused a warning.  The function did the
right thing, though.
