Improve documentation of 'max-mini-window-height'
* src/xdisp.c (syms_of_xdisp):
* doc/lispref/minibuf.texi (Minibuffer Windows): More accurate
wording in the documentation of 'max-mini-window-height', to
clarify the meaning of an integer value.
