Fix whitespace-display-mappings.
lisp/whitespace.el (whitespace-display-mappings): Use Unicode codepoints, instead of emacs-mule codepoints. See http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/help-gnu-emacs/2012-07/msg00366.html for the details.
