diff-sentinel trivia.
* lisp/ibuf-ext.el (diff-sentinel): Update declaration.
* lisp/ibuffer.el: Regenerate autoloads.
* lisp/vc/diff.el (diff-sentinel): Make new arguments optional, eg for
the sake of ibuffer-diff-buffer-with-file-1.
