Added json/xz icon, fixed some icon inconsistencies

was licensed under public domain.

Fixed
The following icons were different at
different sizes. They now use the same
symbols and colors across all sizes.

- Html/Xml (orange </> symbol)
- Python, Python bytecode (python logo)
- Javascript (green js)
- Makefile (hammer logo)
- CSS (blue {} )
- Office spreadsheet (green spreadsheet)
- Dos Executable (dark blue color)
- Authors (uses person/people symbol)
- Vala (use purple V)
- .desktop (dark blue gear)
- Ruby (red ruby logo)
- Php (purple <?> symbol)
- Xcf (blue gimp silhouette)
- Lua (purple Lua logo)
- C Header (orange .h)
- RSS (White background, orange signal symbol)

Updated names
A few icons needed updated naming
to show under current XFCE.
- Python3 (some .py files)
- Sqlite3 (.db files)
- Sql (.sql files)
- Xpi (.xpi mozilla addon)
- Mhtml

Any icons listed above (or below) were
added at sizes 16 thru 96 when missing,
some at 128. Symlinks also updated or
created to point to new icons.
