Devices: Sharpen printer icons, add sizes

Updated
- Use semi-transparent borders on all printer icons
  for a sharper look (especially in dark themes)
- Replaced printer error `-` emblem with newer `!` symbol
- Move `system-config-printer` symlinks to `apps` directory

Added
- `printer` 32px
- `printer-error` 16px
