Issue #20189: Four additional builtin types (PyTypeObject,
PyMethodDescr_Type, _PyMethodWrapper_Type, and PyWrapperDescr_Type)
have been modified to provide introspection information for builtins.
Also: many additional Lib, test suite, and Argument Clinic fixes.
