Add a new subcommand for getting/setting flash properties such as
the flash size and writeprotect configuration.
The operations provided by `futility flash` require less information
from the user and are less error prone than the equivalents provided by
`flashrom`.
For example, --wp-enable automatically choses the protection range based
on the firmware image and --wp-status gives a warning if the protection
range does not match the RO firmware region.

Old vboot1-style GBB accessor functions were awkwardly located
within region-init.c.
Rewrite GBB accessor functions for vboot2, and formally expose
HWID retrieval function via vboot2 API. workbuf is used for
key retrieval functions, while a buffer provided by the caller
is used for HWID retrieval function.
Reintroduce vboot_display_tests to `make runtests` test suite.
Move GBB tests from vboot_display_tests to vb2_gbb_tests.
Properly propagate vb2_workbuf objects within the function call
stack (vb2_load_partition).

Remove the old vboot1 vboot_nvstorage library (VbNv*() functions) and
use the vboot2 library (vb2_nv_*()) instead. This is needed in
preparation for moving to 64-byte records; no sense in implementing
that change twice...
Should be (better be) no change in system behavior.

And nuke all the underlying code that is unused once those APIs are
gone. These APIs are not used by any project in ToT, having been
superseded last year by the vboot2 APIs.
No functional changes to live code, just lots of deletes.

vboot currently uses the |SHA256_CTX| name, which is claimed by OpenSSL.
To work around this, it defines OPENSSL_NO_SHA, but that can't be done
at compile time:
The OPENSSL_NO_* defines are set by OpenSSL to reflect the configuration
that it was built with so that users of OpenSSL can disable features as
needed. They can affect the contents of structures any thus the ABI of
the library.
If these defines are set outside of OpenSSL, then the library and the
code that uses it will have incompatible ABIs. At that point it's only
functioning by blind luck.
This change renames the name-collisions so that this hack isn't needed.
This is the same change as was made internally in cl/85758149.
