vboot/ui: Remove 2ui, 2ui_screens, and vb2_ui*_testsstabilize-rust-14225.Bstabilize-rust-14224.Bstabilize-rust-14220.B
Since all the screens and tests are already moved to depthcharge in previous CLs, remove all internal UI functions and tests from vboot.
