vboot_reference/futility: Pass through SERVOD_NAME.
SERVOD_PORT and SERVOD_NAME environment variables are both used by dut-control to identify the servod instance to use. If SERVOD_NAME is set, query the servo serial number just like when SERVOD_PORT is set.
