grunt: Enable PWM_CONFIG_DSLEEP for keyboard backlight
Enabling CONFIG_LOW_POWER_S0 (CL:1347014) caused the keyboard backlight
to flash. Fix this by setting the PWM_CONFIG_DSLEEP flag.
