zoombini: Add eSPI VW signals support.
This commit adds support for the virtual wire signals over eSPI. Additionally, the SLP_S0_L signal is added for the board and some minor changes are made to some GPIOs. BUG=None BRANCH=None TEST=flash zoombini image on npcx7 EVB with some modifications. Verify no panics or asserts are hit.
