	* java/awt/KeyboardFocusManager.java
	(setCurrentKeyboardFocusManager): Create a DefaultKeyboardFocusManager
	directly.
	(createFocusManager): Removed.
	* gnu/java/awt/FocusManager.java: Removed.
	* javax/swing/FocusManager.java
	(DisabledFocusManager): Removed inner class.
	(WrappingFocusManager): New inner class.
	(getCurrentManager): Return WrappingKeyboardFocusManager instance.
