* src/closure.c (print_fderives): Use rule_rhs_print.
* src/derives.c (print_derives): Use rule_rhs_print. (rule_list_t): New, replaces `shorts'. (set_derives): Add comments. * tests/sets.at (Nullable, Firsts): Adjust.
