A couple of language_defn methods are also removed, as they are obsolete. Note that this patch also removes the print_expression code. The only in-tree caller of this was from dump_prefix_expression, which is only called when expression debugging is enabled. Implementing this would involve a fair amount of code, and it seems to me that prefix dumping is preferable anyway, as it is unambiguous. I wrote a script to add the missing ones, but found that using the obvious names for the guards ran into clashes -- for example, gdb/nat/linux-nat.h used "LINUX_NAT_H", but this was also the script's choice for gdb/linux-nat.h. So, I changed the script to normalize all include guards in gdb. This patch is the result. So, this patch removes la_error and makes all the yyerror functions static. This is handy primarily because it makes it simpler to make the expression parsers pure.
