* nto-procfs.c (procfs_xfer_memory): Changed signature.
(procfs_resume): Workaround for dereferencing type-punned pointer
warning.
* nto-tdep.c (nto_parse_redirection): Change signature to be const
correct.
* nto-tdep.h (nto_parse_redirection): Likewise.
