Power10 VSX PCV generate operations
opcodes/
* ppc-opc.c (powerpc_opcodes): Add xxgenpcvbm, xxgenpcvhm,
xxgenpcvwm, xxgenpcvdm.
gas/
* testsuite/gas/ppc/genpcv.d,
* testsuite/gas/ppc/genpcv.s: New test.
* testsuite/gas/ppc/ppc.exp: Run it.
