gdb: fix formatting of _debug_printf macros
The do/while in these macros are not formatted with proper GNU style,
fix that.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* infrun.h (infrun_debug_printf): Fix formatting.
* linux-nat.c (linux_nat_debug_printf): Fix formatting.
