add utest for creating 2d image from buffer.
v2: check cl_khr_image2d_from_buffer support first;
use CL_DEVICE_IMAGE_BASE_ADDRESS_ALIGNMENT to allocate memory.
v3: fix clGetDeviceInfo use.
