ARM: dts: i.MX8MP: add dual-role usb-type-c PORT1 support
Enable the dual-role support locally till we have upstream devicetree
support. By this patch and with the recent usb-otg patches from Sascha
usbgadget/fastboot does work now on the i.MX8MP-EVK as well.
