openid_provider: Increase UWSGI buffer-size
Authenticating with wiki.baserock.org was giving a 500 error. The Cherokee
error_log showed:
invalid request block size: 4104 (max 4096)...skip
It turns out uWSGI's default buffer size is too small to be useful, as
