patch 9.0.0736: quickfix listing does not handle very long messagesv9.0.0736

Problem:    Quickfix listing does not handle very long messages.
Solution:   Use a growarray instead of a fixed size buffer. (Yegappan
            Lakshmanan, closes #11357)
