patch 8.2.0588: Putty does not use "sgr" 'ttymouse' by defaultv8.2.0588
Problem: Putty does not use "sgr" 'ttymouse' by default.
Solution: Make "sgr" the default for Putty. (Christian Brabandt,
closes #5942)
