patch 8.2.3730: "/etc/Muttrc.d/README" gets filetype muttrcv8.2.3730
Problem: "/etc/Muttrc.d/README" gets filetype muttrc.
Solution: Move the Muttrc.d pattern down, add exception for *.rc files.
