patch 8.2.0860: cannot use CTRL-A and CTRL-X on unsigned numbersv8.2.0860
Problem: Cannot use CTRL-A and CTRL-X on unsigned numbers.
Solution: Add "unsigned" to 'nrformats'. (Naruhiko Nishino, closes #6144)
