Switch to trying libtoolize first and then glibtoolize in bootstrap script.
This apparently suits possible Darwin installs better.

Use explicitly named GNU libtoolize (glibtoolize) instead of system libtoolize,
if present, in bootstrap script. This is needed for Darwin.

Add dummy ChangeLog generation to bootstrap in order to make auto tools
notice we (will) have one.

In preparation for integration with usbutils, the package is given a more
globally correct name "usbhid-dump". All the relevant directories and files
are renamed. All the relevant symbols in the code are renamed. The resulting
binary is renamed. All the license notices in the files are updated with the
new name.
