On STM32F429 gpio PC6/PC7 can be allocated for USART6, as
reported in the comment.
But current code in
drivers/serial/serial_stm32.c
uses a different gpio mapping (PG14/PG9) for USART6.
Fix the comment to match current code in the driver.

This sets the default commands Kconfig to match
include/config_cmd_default.h commands in the common/Kconfig and removes
them from include/configs.

Add the stm32F4 board's serial ports support.
User can use it easily.
The user only need to edit the number of the usart.
The patch also fix the serial print out.
Last, this version of patch fix the first patch checkpatch.pl error.
