* board: ge: bx50v3: remove redundant targetsIan Ray2018-05-171-44/+0
| | | | | | | | | This replaces TARGET_GE_B{4,6,8}50V3 with common TARGET_GE_BX50V3. The boards are identified automatically at runtime. Signed-off-by: Ian Ray <ian.ray@ge.com> Signed-off-by: Nandor Han <nandor.han@ge.com> Signed-off-by: Sebastian Reichel <sebastian.reichel@collabora.co.uk>
* board: ge: bx50v3: add winbond SPI NOR supportIan Ray2018-05-171-0/+1
| | | | | | | Add winbond SPI NOR support, which is being used by newer hardware. Signed-off-by: Ian Ray <ian.ray@ge.com> Signed-off-by: Sebastian Reichel <sebastian.reichel@collabora.co.uk>
* Convert CONFIG_SPI to KconfigAdam Ford2018-04-271-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | This converts the following to Kconfig: CONFIG_SPI This partly involves updating code that assumes that CONFIG_SPI implies things that are specific to the MPC8xx SPI driver. For now, just update the CONFIG tests. This also involves reworking the default for CONFIG_SYS_DEF_EEPROM_ADDR so that we don't set it when we cannot make a reasonable default, as it does not cause any compile failures. * bootcount: Migrate CONFIG_SYS_BOOTCOUNT_ADDRTom Rini2018-02-251-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Migrate the users of CONFIG_SYS_BOOTCOUNT_ADDR to Kconfig. We can provide a default for BOOTCOUNT_AM33XX as that's a specific part of the RTC in use. We can also provide a default for ARCH_LS1043A and ARCH_LS1021A as they had been previously calculated and their symbols are in Kconfig. In the case of other QE-enabled platforms, they are not so we must update the relevant defconfig files. The previous default only applied in some cases, even on a specific SoC family. * configs: Migrate CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASETom Rini2018-02-111-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers. I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave that to maintainers. * cmd: Make CONFIG_CMD_FPGA depend on CONFIG_FPGATuomas Tynkkynen2018-02-051-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | cmd/Makefile has: ifdef CONFIG_FPGA obj-$(CONFIG_CMD_FPGA) += fpga.o endif which means that if CONFIG_FPGA is not set, CONFIG_CMD_FPGA silently does nothing. Let's remove that Makefile conditional and instead express this equivalent dependency in Kconfig, so a lot of redundant # CONFIG_CMD_FPGA is not set can be removed from board defconfigs that don't actually have an FPGA. * cmd: Toggle the default value of CONFIG_CMD_IMLSTuomas Tynkkynen2017-10-101-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Having this as a 'default y' is rather annoying because it doesn't actually compile unless other options are defined in the board header: ../cmd/bootm.c: In function 'do_imls_nor': ../cmd/bootm.c:330:7: error: 'CONFIG_SYS_MAX_FLASH_BANKS' undeclared (first use in this function); did you mean 'CONFIG_SYS_MAX_FLASH_SECT'? i < CONFIG_SYS_MAX_FLASH_BANKS; ++i, ++info) { Make it 'default n' so people who develop new boards that start from a blank defconfig have one less compilation failure to debug.
